Run Flagstaff Timing and Event Management works with organizations all over the Southwest in order to optimize event participation and effectiveness. We use expertly trained staff and state of the art equipment in order to maintain a professional atmosphere at events of any size. Run Flagstaff also takes advantage of custom marketing plans for each event in order to optimize participation.

We Specialize In

  • Event Management

    Our event management includes course setup, USATF course certification, budget management, sponsorship procurement, event registration, event marketing plans, volunteer training, and race director training.

  • Triathlon & Mud Events

    These events can be accurately timed by chip timing. Our disposable triathlon tags are waterproofed to work in all conditions. This ensures accuracy in in all legs of a triathlon and even in courses that are submerged in mud.

  • Road Racing & Cross Country

    Running events are the majority of our timing events, and we offer both chip and manual timing. Races of over 150 participants are recommended for chip timing services; this ensures accuracy and swiftness of results.

  • Equipment Rentals

    Available rentals include race clocks, finish line set up, cones, flagging, pop-up tents, safety vests, bibs and pins.

  • Cycling

    Run Flagstaff utilizes “Flash Point” sensors for biking events. These sideline sensors enable accurate read without obstructing the course. Bike tags also enable riders to run unobstructed.
