Team Run Flagstaff offers organized training, expert coaching, and educational workshops. The group cultivates an atmosphere that allows elite runners and beginners to share the same track, pursuing individual goals with a sense of camaraderie.
If you’re looking for a Saturday morning run that has good company, great trails, and is free, check out Northern Arizona Trail Runner Association (NATRA)!
Flagstaff’s ‘underground’ group run that meets at the iconic Biff’s Bagels every Thursday at 8am.
Flagstaff Ultrarunning Club is Flagstaff’s premier group for long-distance runs in the San Francisco Peaks (7000 ft – 12,000ft +) and the Grand Canyon. The club is free and organizes a few free events throughout the year including the Mormon Lake 50 miler, the King of the Peaks 55K, the Elden Quad Buster 10K and the Elden Vertical Challenge. As of 2015, the club has over 350 members from various levels living in town and across the country. Flagstaff Ultrarunning is home of some serious elite ultrarunners such as Rob Krar, Jason Wolfe, Eric Bohn, Brian Tinder, Jacob Puzey, Ian Torrence and Emily Harrison among others. The club is currently managed by Scott Bajer and Ludo Pierson.
Flagstaff Trail Divas is a women’s friendly running group that meets Thursday evenings (in the summer) and Sunday mornings (in the winter) for trail runs around the Flagstaff area. For women new to running and seasoned runners alike, this is a group for you! Whether you need a workout, have a race goal, or come for social camaraderie, you’ll always have someone by your side. It’s free to join, and you’ll get the latest in what’s happening in Flagstaff running.This group seeks to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for women runners.
HOKA ONE ONE Northern Arizona Elite is a professional sports team whose mission is to recruit, develop and produce distance runners to compete at the very highest level of international athletics. They aim to create an interactive global fan base for the team and their athletes through comprehensive and ongoing marketing efforts on a local, national and international level.
They operate as a non-profit organization and rely on funding from sponsors to provide their athletes with the necessary means to train and compete at the highest level.
